The service

Axon provides market analytics, signal research, paper-trading simulation, and related tooling. Axon is not an investment adviser and does not provide individualized investment advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes. Trading involves substantial risk; you are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance, simulated or real, does not guarantee future results.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Paid tiers are billed through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

SMS alerts program ("Axon Terminal Alerts")

Program description: Axon Terminal Alerts delivers trading-signal notifications, account notices, and system alerts by text message to users who opt in.

  • Opt-in: you enroll by entering your phone number and enabling SMS notifications in your account Settings on axonterminal.net.
  • Message frequency varies with market activity and your notification settings.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact form at axonterminal.net/contact.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon is not liable for trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes
