  • Payment data: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.

How we use information

  • To provide the service: market data, signals, alerts, and account features.
  • To send notifications you have explicitly enabled (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
  • To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

SMS / text-message program

If you opt in to text alerts (program name: Axon Terminal Alerts), we use your phone number solely to deliver the alerts you requested, such as trading-signal notifications, account notices, and system alerts. Message frequency varies based on market activity and your settings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with any third party.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Twilio for message delivery), and only to the extent required to provide the service.

Data retention and security

Data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon verified request. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls.

Your choices

  • Disable any notification channel in Settings at any time.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to end SMS delivery immediately.
  • Request access to or deletion of your data via the contact page.
